Chicago Sky star Angel Reese is young, attractive, and very rich. Like any other young woman her age, they like to wear nice things, and most of them tend to show off their bodies. Reese subtly hit back at fans who have had much to say about her fashion sense, especially after she attended the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on Tuesday in New York.

The 22-year-old, who was selected seventh overall in this year’s WNBA draft, was seen wearing a stylish red crochet dress with spaghetti straps. She completed her look with a matching long-sleeve sweater, a gold choker necklace, diamond rings, and silver earrings.

On X/Twitter, fans gushed over Angel Reese’s outfit, but not everybody was a fan of it.

One radio host trashed her by stating, Reese was “cheapening her brand” by how she dresses. “Angel Reese acting like a girl with a nice body that don’t know what to do with it. These outfits cheapen her brand, Like she went on some other show and the outfit was so cheap and stupid, Like girl get it together тап.”

Angel Reese saw the viral comment and fired back: “i thought the brand was ‘cheapened’…. CRY ABOUT IT,” Reese wrote.

Being one of the most popular female athletes in the country mearis Reese is subject to extra scrutiny over everything she decides to do in her life. It’s nice to know that she does not allow it to affect her mental health and well being. Soon, Angel Reese will be able to show off her fashion sense when she attends games for the Unrivaled Basketball League.

In an official announcement posted to Instagram during the summer, the league revealed that the 22-year-old joined the league. “The Barbie is Unrivaled,” read the caption for Unrivaled and Reese’s joint post. “10/30.” The goal of Unrivaled is to keep the best players stateside to carry the momentum of one WNBA season into the next instead of so many going overseas.

The expanding roster has others like Jewell Loyd, Kelsey Plum, Rhyne Howard, Kahleah Cooper, and Jackie Young. Per Yahoo! Sports, the inaugural six-team season will start in January 2025.
