For Kim’s 44th birthday on Monday, the 11-year-old fashionista gave her makeup entrepreneur mother a nameplate necklace glittering with diamonds and engraved with the humorous phrase “Skibidi Toilet.”

Olivia Landau, CEO of jewelry company The Clear Cut, estimated the weight of each diamond on the whimsical item to be between.08 and.10 carats just one day later.

The necklace’s estimated value might be between $15,000 and $20,000, Landau told People, adding that it also looks to be a solid gold plate inscribed with Skibidi Toilet.

Additionally, Landau pointed out that the piece successfully blends two popular trends—customizable nameplates and tennis necklaces—demonstrating that North is genuinely up to date with the newest jewelry trends.

On her Instagram Stories, she also revealed how her 6-year-old daughter Chicago, her siblings Saint, 8, and Psalm, 5, turned the living room into a pink balloon-filled celebration.
