LeBron James last celebrated an NBA championship in 2020 with the Los Angeles Lakers. Since then, though he hasn’t reached the Finals again, he has remained a formidable threat to opposing teams every year.

This ongoing dominance hasn’t gone unnoticed, especially by Dallas Mavericks’ minority owner, Mark Cuban, who is clearly feeling the pressure. During a recent interview with TMZ Sports, Cuban expressed his frustration with LeBron’s continued excellence on the court.

Yes, LeBron, it’s time for you to quit. I’m tired of you,” Cuban said.

The Mavericks reached the NBA Finals for the first time in a decade last season but ultimately lost to the Boston Celtics. As the Lakers are the Mavericks’ divisional rivals, Cuban is eager to see less of LeBron James in the league.

No, I’m being’ serious, only ’cause he’s still so good. He’s on the Lakers. They’re our rivals, so it’s time to retire, LeBron,” he added.

Shaquille O’Neal Admits Jealousy Over LeBron And Bronny’s Historic Moment

LeBron James recently made headlines by becoming the first active NBA player to share the court with his son, Bronny James.  During a recent episode of “The Big Podcast,” Shaquille O’Neal expressed his feelings about LeBron’s achievement, admitting he feels a bit of jealousy.

“I strive off professional jealousy. I’m jealous a little bit. My son was in that position. Life is all about titles. I would have loved to have that title first,” Shaq said.

LeBron and Bronny made their first on-court appearance together during the Lakers’ second preseason game against the Phoenix Suns. Fans were thrilled to witness this special moment, and they can look forward to seeing the father-son duo again when the Lakers kick off the regular season against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
