The situation between Liv Morgan, Becky Lynch, and Dominik Mysterio took another strange turn in the main event of WWE RAW.

After Dominik Mysterio, JD McDonagh, Finn Balor, and Braun Strowman appeared around the cage, Morgan escaped the structure to retain the Women’s World Championship. With the win, she has defeated Becky Lynch in two back-to-back matches.

The post-match antics, however, will have the WWE Universe talking. As Morgan left the ringside area, she passed Dominik and planted a huge kiss on his lips. The Women’s World Champ likely did so for one of the next four reasons.

#4. To thank him for helping her retain

Liv Morgan can thank Dominik Mysterio again after RAW.

Occam’s Razor states, ‘The simplest answer is usually the correct one.’ Liv Morgan could be playing mind games with the younger Mysterio.

He’s proven to be an impressionable young man, especially regarding the women he encounters. Rhea Ripley has easily influenced Dominik, and now that she isn’t around, he may be turning his attention elsewhere.

Morgan knows this and could have planted a giant kiss on Dominik to confuse him. Additionally, she may have wanted to show her gratitude with a kiss for the help beating Lynch.

#3. Her plan extends to breaking up the Judgment Day

We didn’t receive an itinerary or manifesto for The Liv Morgan Revenge Tour, so that could mean that anything is on the table. She’s mad at Ripley but also with the Judgment Day.

She and Finn Balor were the first victims when Ripley and Priest joined Edge’s side. Mami turned on Liv and became one of the most popular stars in professional wrestling. Since the group has prospered off her back, Morgan probably wants to sow discord in the group.

McDonagh and Balor came to the ring to stop Dominik, but everything went haywire for the faction. Breaking up the group that started by turning on her has to be on the agenda for her Revenge Tour.

#2. Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio are in cahoots

They didn’t share much screen time before, but Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio didn’t regularly cross paths until after Rhea Ripley was shelved with an injury. The duo shared a few staredowns after the attack.

However, in other random backstage segments, the two can be seen leaving the same room. WWE has done a great job of using Easter eggs and having important angles play out in the background during backstage interviews or segments.

There’s every chance that what has played out on screen is all an act and part of Morgan and Mysterio’s plan. Dominik may not be as naive as everyone thinks, but he sees Morgan as a way to get out of Judgment Day. Getting Dom to betray Mami would be the cherry on Morgan’s master plan.

#1. Continued trolling of the absent Rhea Ripley

Injuring her bitter enemy was the first step. By hurting Rhea Ripley, Morgan forced Mami to vacate her title. The insult of dropping the title was a part of that injury.

Like with Drew McIntyre and CM Punk, Punk is injured, but McIntyre hasn’t stopped taking shots at Punk. When given the chance, Morgan reminded everyone that she had put Ripley on the shelf. It’s a new wrinkle under Triple H where injured stars are acknowledged and sometimes allowed to appear during RAW or SmackDown.

Since Morgan already injured Mami and took her title, the next best way to get revenge would be to steal her ‘man.’ Kissing Dominik would enrage the injured former champion, and Morgan knew that.

Ripley isn’t on RAW and cannot do anything about it. Whether or not Dominik liked it could be the next step in the Liv Morgan Revenge Tour.
