Orlando Magic star Paolo Banchero has no problem with Caitlin Clark already getting more national TV games than what he has in his career. After all, the Indiana Fever rookie is more than deserving of that.

Banchero said as much on Tuesday after an X user tried to provoke a reaction from the Magic forward. The aforementioned social media user said, “Caitl[i]n Clark already has more games on ESPN than Paolo Banchero lmao.”

After seeing the post, Banchero was quick to respond with the best reaction he could. Aside from showing Clark some recognition, the 2022-23 Rookie of the Year expressed his belief that he will soon be able to get the attention he deserves.

“Rightfully so! My time coming,” Banchero wrote.

Caitlin Clark is drawing plenty of attention for the WNBA, so it’s no surprise that the league is trying to capitalize on her popularity to elevate the game further. For those not in the know, the Fever will have 36 national TV games in 2024.

During Banchero’s rookie season in 2024, the Magic didn’t even have a national TV game. Their lone scheduled TV game was scratched off because Chet Holmgren was injured for the Oklahoma City Thunder.

But with Banchero and the Magic on the rise, it’s only a matter of time before we see them more often on national television.
