Since 2013, Robson and Safechuck, 46, have alleged that Jackson sexually abused them when they were children, attempting numerous times to bring their case to court over the years.
Robson claimed that the Thriller artist had abused him at his Neverland Ranch when he was between the ages of seven and 14.
They previously defended Jackson against allegations in 1993, and Robson came to his defense again in 2005.
Following his and Safechuck’s appearance in the 2019 documentary Leaving Neverland, a court approved Robson’s lawsuit against Jackson’s MJJ Productions, Inc. last year.
The HBO documentary divided fans as many held Jackson accountable, while others argued it wasn’t fair that the allegations only surfaced after his death.
