The celebrity couple will see about a $19 million profit on the deal, which was done in less than two months
Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine and his wife, model Behati Prinsloo, sold their Los Angeles compound Tuesday for $51 million, less than two months after putting it on the market.
The celebrity couple listed the 3-acre spread in the posh Pacific Palisades in March for $57.5 million, Mansion Global previously reported. The sale price was about 11% less than they’d hoped, but still marked a more than $19 million profit for Mr. Levine, 43, and Ms. Prinsloo, 33, who paid $31.95 million for the home in 2018, records from PropertyShark show.
Mansion Global could not determine the buyer, and records of the sale have not yet been made public.

With far-reaching views of the city and Pacific Ocean, the estate is “the epitome of the true California lifestyle,” listing agent Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency told Mansion Global in March. He declined to comment for this article.
The estate includes a 9,000-square-foot main house, plus a guest cottage and an office and wellness building. There’s a total of 10 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, according to the listing.
Designed with light woods and ample windows and retractable doors, the main house also features a chef’s kitchen with a walk-in refrigerator, a theater and game room and a primary bedroom suite with a private patio, two walk-in closets and stone-clad bathroom with a double shower steam and a dressing area, the listing said. The guest house offers four bedrooms, with a full kitchen and living and dining areas.
The landscaped grounds include expansive lawns and gardens, a basketball court, a pool and spa and an outdoor kitchen, plus walking paths and a chicken coop.
Maroon 5 released its seventh studio album, “Jordi,” last summer and is currently on a world tour, according to the band’s website. Mr. Levine is also known for his stint as a coach on “The Voice,” and heads his own recording and production companies.
Mr. Levine and Ms. Prinsloo purchased the home from former celebrity couple Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner, who had owned the property since 2009, Mansion Global previously reported.
A representative for the couple did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
The Los Angeles Times first reported the deal.
