2017 was indeed a different time, as displayed by an old video of Terrell Davis and Molly Qerim.

Before becoming a household name on First Take, Molly Qerim was the host of NFL Network’s weekday morning show, NFL AM, and NFL Fantasy Live.
In those days, she was partnered with Hall of Fame running back Terrell Davis, Andrew Siciliano, and Darren McFadden.
One episode from that time is going viral on social media. It shows why Davis is no longer with the company after he tries to get Molly Qerim to hike him a football while she is in a dress.
As Andrew Siciliano and Darren McFadden, Molly Qerim could be seen using her right arm to push Davis away while saying, “Get out of here.”
She then pushed him away for a second time, using the same phrase as she handed him the ball.
This was quite the moment when ESPN went on to fire former NFL Network analysts Donovan McNabb and Eric Davis, following an investigation into their alleged behavior at the old network.
However, this has nothing to do with Molly Qerim.
Jami Cantor, who worked as a wardrobe stylist at NFL Network from 2006 to 2016, accused a ton of former male colleagues of submitting her to sexually inappropriate behavior in the workplace.
Aside from McNabb and Davis, Marshall Faulk, Heath Evans, Warren Sapp, and Michael Irvin were also accused of harassing Cantor while serving in analyst roles at the network, per The NY Post.
Stephen A. Smith and Molly Qerim Previously Address Dating Rumors On ‘First Take’
Molly Qerim has come a long way from her days at NFL Network, but the more things change, the more things remain the same.
Following her divorce from Jalen Rose, rumors came out that she and Stephen A. Smith were dating.
The ESPN personality made it clear co-host to Chris “Mad Dog” Russo that “There’s nothing going on” between him and Qerim after he made a joke that their matching white outfits made them look like they got married.
