NBA Fans Notice What LeBron Hid Under Chair At Cavs Game

LeBron James was in attendance Monday night when the Cleveland Cavaliers squared off against the Boston Celtics in Game 4 of their second-round playoff series.

Boston ended up emerging victorious and taking a commanding 3-1 series lead over Cleveland, but that isn’t what stole the show.

Rather, what folks couldn’t stop talking about in the aftermath was LeBron’s attendance. After all, it isn’t often that a member of another team with zero ties to an organization opts to attend their games.

According to ESPN NBA insider Brian Windhorst, there is a lot to unpack with LeBron’s decision to attend this particular Cavaliers game.

“I will say this, the first thing I thought of was this moment 10 years ago where LeBron showed up to a game in Cleveland while he was a player for the Miami Heat to honor Zydrunas Ilgauskas’ jersey retirement, his longtime teammate,” Windhorst said on ‘Get Up’ Tuesday morning.

“And he got in a private plane, flew from Chicago over to Cleveland on an off night. Pat Riley was not happy. And a few months later he signed with the Cavs… He’s extremely strategic and I wish I could tell you I knew exactly what he is doing. I don’t pretend to know, but he’s gotta be up to something.”

In addition to trying to figure out why LeBron attended the Cavs game, fans also couldn’t help but notice all the things he was hiding under his seat:

For those keeping track at home, the items included: a wine bottle, a coffee cup, and plenty of water.

One way or another, this is going to be a busy summer for the James family.

Where will LeBron ultimately be playing come the beginning of next season? Time will tell.
