LeBron James‘ future with the Los Angeles Lakers is still up in the air. Another disappointing season saw head coach Darvin Ham get axed, while rumors about a potential departure for the King have been floated over the last few months.

All eyes have been on his son Bronny since the season ended. Bronny’s landing spot in the upcoming 2024 NBA Draft could hold the key to unlocking LeBron’s next destination. Everyone believes LeBron wants to play with Bronny for at least one season in the NBA before retiring.

Zach Lavine rumored to be a Laker next season?

Thank you for watching

At Bronny’s Klutch Sports Pro Day on Wednesday, a certain NBA player showed up that raised some eyebrows: Zach Lavine.

A video clip showed Lavine arriving and saying hello to LeBron and Anthony Davis, who were sitting next to each other. That has some inferring that a move to the Lakers could be on the cards for Lavine.

After all, Lavine was rumored to be a trade target for Los Angeles midway through the 2023-24 season before a foot injury shut him down for the year.

All that said, Lavine was there because he is signed to Klutch Sports. So it wasn’t exactly a reunion of future Lakers players. Lavine is still under contract with the Chicago Bulls and would need to be acquired through a trade.
