Everyone knows Caitlin Clark had an incredible career during her time in college basketball. He was the leader of the Iowa Hawkeyes program and established records everywhere.

Now in the WNBA with the Indiana Fever, she has showed what she is capable of even if her team has had a tough start to the season. The current talent around her it is no the same she had in college but to be fair, the high level and intensity cant be compared when it is talked about college and professional basketball.

She now is poised to help others in their journey to try and make it easier for players in their transition to the pro level an as they say, records are made to be broken and with Caitlin Clark’s NCAA all-team leading scorer title standing, there is one player that not only could take advantage of the Fever star, but also claim that record in the future.

Juju Watkins set a national record with 920 points scored as a freshman last year for the USC Trojans, as she averaged 27.1 points per game. Clark’s record of 3,951 points is certainly in jeopardy at that pace.

How can Caitlin Clark help JuJu Watkins?

Sources have reported that the two basketball players ran into one another at the Wooden Awards at the Los Angeles Athletic Club. JuJu Watkins was a finalist for the Wooden Award trophy that Caitlin Clark eventually took home.

Clark talked with Watkins after that quick initial meeting, and after that, the former Iowa star gave the USC coach her phone number so that the two players could talk afterwards. A classy move from the Indiana Fever rookie.
