Interestingly, Corentin Moutet’s love for tennis began at the tender age of three! And walking along with him through this path was an ever-supportive figure in his life, Rodolphe Moutet, his father, who introduced tennis to his son at such an early age. Together, they played tennis since the son’s childhood, and in this way, Rodolphe intrigued Moutet to keep his passion for tennis alive as he grew up.

Much like his son, Rodolphe Moutet himself shares the same deep connection with tennis and has been the former coach at the Tennis Club de Paris. Motet made sure to give Corentin all the support and coaching that he needed as he grew up and gradually moved ahead in his career. Although not much is known about his father’s tennis adventures, beyond tennis, Rodolphe has an interest in another arena.

Rodolphe Moutet is the proud owner of a restaurant in Paris! However, even after moving away from tennis, Moutet’s constant guidance to his son has helped him dream of achieving even greater heights in tennis. Although Corentin Moutet remained away from tennis for most of 2023 owing to his injuries, his goal remained firm in his head.

But, currently, he is back in form. After having a massive run to the semifinals of both the Chile Open and Challenger Napoli, IT, he is doing his best in the French Open as well. He has already swept past Nicolas Jarry and Alexander Shevchenko, and it seems like he is moving in the right direction towards fulfilling his dream.
