Not William or Harry, this is the real estate heir associated with Princess Diana’s life

Althorp Estate, where Princess Diana spent her childhood and is also her final resting place, will be inherited by her grandson, Louis Spencer, a rising young actor. The decision was made based on the Spencer family’s long-standing inheritance rules, despite Louis Spencer having three older sisters.

Located in Northamptonshire (England), Althorp Estate is one of the typical historical architectural works of England. This place has witnessed many ups and downs of the Spencer family’s history for more than 5 centuries.

However, Princes William and Harry will not inherit this huge fortune. Instead, the designated person is Louis Spencer, son of Earl Charles Spencer – Princess Diana’s younger brother.

The reason for this decision is the British aristocracy’s primogeniture system of inheritance, whereby titles and property are passed to the eldest son, regardless of whether he is the firstborn or not.

Born in 1994, Louis Spencer is the eldest son of Earl Charles Spencer and his first wife, Victoria Lockwood. He studied at the University of Edinburgh (UK) and then honed his acting skills at an acting school in Chiswick (London, UK).

Louis Spencer is currently an actor with talent agency Tavistock Wood. A source told The Telegraph: “He’s a private person and quietly pursues his passion. Louis is a talented actor and I believe he will go far. You will like him because Louis is humble, sincere and kind.”

Louis Spencer is considered the most eligible bachelor in England.

Tatler magazine once described Louis Spencer as one of Britain’s most eligible bachelors with a “dapper, elegant and irresistibly attractive” style.

Kitty Spencer – Louis Spencer’s sister – once shared with the Mirror about her brother being the heir to the entire fortune: “The primogeniture system is a sensitive topic. However, times change, so should views. We grew up thinking that Louis is the heir and he will do a very good job.”

Although they did not inherit Althorp Estate, Princes William and Harry still have a special affection for this place. Althorp is where Princess Diana spent her peaceful childhood with her family. The estate is open to the public at certain times of the year. Visitors will have the opportunity to admire the magnificent beauty of the castle, the vast gardens and learn about the glorious history of the Spencer family.

As the heir to Althorp, Louis Spencer will take over the responsibility of maintaining and managing one of the most important historic properties in England. His responsibilities include maintaining the castle’s historic value, overseeing its operations and continuing to promote the family legacy. Louis Spencer has already attended meetings of the Board of Trustees in preparation for this important role in the future.
