The Bryant Legacy
Between 2000 and 2010, Kobe Bryant won 5 championships, two Finals MVPs, and one NBA Most Valuable Player award. He was one of the greatest basketball players ever played in the NBA.
Kobe played for 20 years for one team, the Los Angeles Lakers. He didn’t go to college and went straight to his basketball career from high school.
Bryant was a legend on and off the court. He was loved and appreciated by many people, as evidenced by the many memorials held in his honor.

Kobe wanted to inspire the younger generation to follow their dreams just like he did. He talked about how he never gave up. He was always chasing the same goal through the good and the bad.
He succeeded in his dream of becoming a professional basketball player and even more so in raising four daughters.
He surpassed Michael Jordan and all of the greats, including playing alongside one of his dear friends, Shaquille O’Neil, who spoke at Bryant’s memorial service.
Kobe loved to tell stories, and he will live on through stories. Though he was famous for playing basketball, he was also a kind-hearted friend, sibling, husband, and father.
His legacy will live on through stories and championship memorabilia, but it will also live on through his three daughters, who embody who he was as a person.
