Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel List Their Lavish L.A. Home for $35M

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have put their sprawling, 13,530-square-foot Spanish villa on the market. Located just off Mulholland Drive, the home is now available for $35 million.

The nine-bedroom home (with guesthouse) in the Hollywood Hills sits on more than 10 acres, at the end of a cul-de-sac.

Back in 2002, when he purchased the property from the actress Helen Hunt, for $8.3 million, Timberlake was a bachelor.

He married Biel in 2012, and the family now has two sons–Phineas and Silas. Over the past decade, the couple have made extensive renovations to the property. If the A-listers can net their asking price, it’ll be a huge score.

The massive mansion was built on what was once part of the estate of the legendary actor Errol Flynn. It was razed in 2000 to make way for Hunt’s new home. The actress lived there for two years before selling the coveted property to Timberlake.

Thanks to the enormous parcel and the surrounding canyons, the stately home offers nearly complete privacy. For additional security, it has massive gates, as well as a guardhouse. The lush acreage includes a meadow and farm-to-table vegetable gardens.

For out-of-town guests, there’s a welcoming two-bedroom guesthouse. And to truly soak in the surrounding beauty, an 85-foot-long, zero-edge pool comes with a plunge pool below.

Other outdoor highlights include a lit tennis court and an outdoor living room that wraps around the house—ideal for large-scale entertaining.

Recently renovated by the designer Estee Stanley, the home’s modern interior combines contemporary finishes with rustic elements. A wide-open floor plan lends the home an airy and spacious feel. Luxury appointments include a gourmet kitchen, four fireplaces, a dressing room, home gym, and a massive theater.

The couple also maintains homes in New York City, Montana, and Tennessee, where they plan to spend more time.
